Welcome to Rotary Banjara

Rotary Club of Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, came into existence on the 8th day of June 2010 and is the local wing of Rotary International. Devoted to the Rotary sprit of “Fellowship through service”. Rotary Club of Banjara Hills on its own, and in conjunction with Rotary International, carries forward the Rotary activities and projects locally.

Rotary International is a service club doing voluntary service all over the globe. With more than 33 thousand clubs and more than 1.2 million members, Rotary is one of the biggest organizations in the world doing its part for the betterment of the people. Rotary International works through its local bodies to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace and eradicate polio.

Rotary members are volunteers who work locally, regionally and internationally carrying forward the projects and activities of the club to practically every nook and corner of the world.


Rotary Charter Presentation Ceremony
Rotary Club of Banjara Hills formally came into existence with the presentation of Rotary Charter on 8th June 2010
School bench distribution
30 clubs of Rotary District 3150 donated 3000 benches to school children of Dubbaka during an official function on 10th March at Hyderabad. The matching grant was given by Finland.
Pulse Polio Project
Rotary Club of Banjara Hills actively particilpated in the Pule Polio Program on 27th February. Eradication of Polio is one of the main projects undertaken by Rotary.
Blood donation camp
Our club recently organized a blood donation camp. Many volunteers donated blood making it a great success
